➤ How does coordinating differ from organizing in Fayol’s framework?
Organizing creates structure, assigns roles, and allocates resources. Coordinating links those elements so they operate together toward objectives. In other words, organizing answers who does what and with which resources; coordinating schedules, communication, and task sequences so outputs mesh. Coordinating is active alignment during execution, not just structural design.
