prepare a narrated PowerPoint presentation with slides created for each topic. **Be sure you are also submitting a written “script” of what you say in your presentation in the event the audio does not work or is unclear.** _**This script MUST be a separate word document.**_ The script should be divided into the subtopics listed below.

The topics you should teach are listed below. The entire training presentation should be about 3-5 minutes long. Keep in mind the purpose of this activity is to show what you have learned about food safety.

    – Title page/introduction – Begin by defining your audience (who are you teaching?)
    – Introduction to food safety (basic definitions)
    – How a food handler can contaminate food in a home kitchen
    – Safe preparation practices. Address general information and make sure to identify one specific hazard related to one food item (such as raw chicken)
    – Explain how the food supply is a global, interconnected market and the implications of economic conditions or infrastructure on food safety.
    – Define one element of food defense such as tampering, bioterrorism, or food fraud, and provide an example.
    – Any general food safety topics you want to include – resources for additional education, educational games, recall notices, etc.
    – The last slide does not have to be narrated but it should list all your references. APA format should be used for your reference list. If you are recording yourself rather than slides, be sure to include a reference list (in APA format) on your submitted script.

A narrated slide show, 6 topic slides would be sufficient, plus a title/intro slide and a reference slide. The presentation/training session should be between 3 and 5 minutes.

Rape and statutory crimes are often very hard to prosecute because they are so complex in nature. For this prompt, I chose to take a look at my own state, Virginia. There was this case in Prince William County where an intoxicated fifteen-year-old female was raped by a fifty-four year old man. When police located Phillip Michael Brown, he had the girl's cell phone and a history logging GPS location. This man received a thirty-year sentence for his crime. One of the things that made this case so tricky to prosecute was the fact that the female was intoxicated. This made her credibility questionable, as they had to rely on the victim's testimony. Additionally, the investigators and prosecutors had to prove she was taken advantage of, despite her level of intoxication or her mental state at the time of the incident.

In cases like this one, a conviction isn't always easy to get. The physical evidence may be limited or not there at all; there were no additional witnesses, and the victim was in an intoxicated state.  Another factor that makes prosecution difficult is that victims may not report the incident right away, weakening the evidence and the severity of charges a prosecutor or investigator could try to obtain. Sometimes, physical evidence, like DNA or markings also may not be available or visible at the time of the crime.

Additionally, biblically speaking, a Christian viewpoint brings up the values of truth and fairness Proverbs 12:17 speaks to the importance of telling the truth, and Micah 6:8 encourages us to treat each other fairly, no matter who they are. These verses offer a moral framework for prosecutors as they review each case, and ensure that they will be truth-seekers of the statutory crime in front of them.

Rape and statutory rape cases are some of the most difficult crimes to prosecute because they often depend heavily on victim cooperation, credibility, and limited physical evidence.  In the Minnehaha County case, a man was convicted of rape and human trafficking after years of abuse that began when the victim was a child and continued into adulthood.  The offender also trafficked the victim to other men, showing how fear, manipulation, and control can prevent victims from reporting for years (KELOLAND, 2026).  This is why evidence collection can be difficult.

In the Oregon case, a man was charged with multiple counts of rape after meeting a child on Snapchat.  The investigation showed ongoing communication and alleged sexual contact with the minor.  The case shows how offenders use social media to target young victims who they can manipulate or silence (1011NOW, 2026).

There are several reasons why these cases are hard to prosecute.  Many victims are embarrassed, afraid, or unwilling to cooperate with law enforcement after the initial contact.  When they finally report physical evidence may be gone.  If the victim was intoxicated, it can be hard to prove consent, and the case becomes a he said, she said situation.  Younger victims often have a hard time explaining what happened, and unfortunately, some parents do not believe them.  The FBI states that many sexual assaults go unreported, which affects evidence collection and weakens cases before they reach court (FBI, 2022).  Detectives must often rely on victim statements and circumstantial evidence, which can be challenged by the defense (Hess et al., 2020).

From a Christian perspective, the crime of rape proves that sin is real and the need to protect the innocent.  As Christians, we know the Bible tells us that justice is righteous and that we are to speak for the vulnerable.  Proverbs 31: 8-9 tells us to, “Open your mouth in behalf of the mute,  and for the rights of the destitute; Open your mouth, judge the justly, defend the needy and the poor” (New American Bible, 2010/1986).  Even if the cases are hard to prove, we have a moral duty to support victims and hold offenders accountable.

In today's digital age, the landscape of deviance is evolving rapidly alongside the proliferation of digital technologies and online platforms. Samantha, a social media enthusiast, regularly posts on TikTok, crafting an identity shaped by her followers' interests and expectations, which sometimes diverges from her offline persona. Similarly, her brother Nate engages in digital slang and abbreviations in text messages, creating a digital communication style distinct from his parents, Ross and Kristina, who are adapting to trends by incorporating emojis into their emails and texts. [>Operations Management homework help](https://www.sweetstudy.com/fields/business-finance-operations-management)

    ## Overview

The leadership of the Singaporean-headquartered software solutions organization is concerned about issues arising from communication and coordination challenges between employees at the U.S. branch and the Singaporean headquarters. The VP of the U.S. branch tasks you, as an HR consultant, with developing a change management plan.

You decide that before you prepare and present a change management plan, the VP should be familiar with various change management models. This will enable you to explain and justify your use of a particular model to create the change management plan. You decide to create a report that introduces the various change management models and send it to the VP. The report also identifies your selected model for the change management plan and justifies your selection.

    ## Prompt

For this assignment, you need to share with the VP in the course scenario the rationale for deploying a particular change management model at the U.S. branch of the Singaporean software solutions provider.

Specifically, you must address the following criteria for the creation of the change management model report:

    1. Provide a **brief description of the change management models** listed below:

    1. ADKAR change management model
    2. Kotter’s change management model
    3. Lewin’s change management model
    2. **Compare the benefits** of these change management models listed above.
    3. Determine the most appropriate **change management model for the U.S. branch**. Support your response with research. **Note:** This is your initial change management model selection and justification for the U.S. branch. In Milestone Two (Module Six), you will build on this submission with additional details, such as implementation steps.

    1.
